Chaplain for the Ohio River Region. The Ohio River Chaplain coordinates the Seamen’s Church Institute’s (SCI) pastoral presence along the Ohio River and its tributaries, including direct pastoral services to mariners and SCI’s relationships with church and maritime industry stakeholders.
