Captain Soundarrajan Murali has spent the last 34 years in the maritime industry, and currently works as a Fleet Training Manager for Pacific Basin. As he carries out safety inspections, audits and training of young mariners, he passes on the knowledge he has gained from many years of experience as a seafarer himself.
